Our beginner/intermediate session will be on September 15th from 2:00 - 5:00. Meg will discuss the overall concepts and techniques behind the magic of sourdough at Meg’s Bread.  You will see the processes we use in our commercial kitchen, with tips on how similar results can be achieved in your home. This session will include mixing, shaping, and baking along with instructions on feeding your sourdough mom. This will be a hands-on workshop, to learn how to shape, score, and bake with your own hands. Everyone will leave with a dough to take home and some fresh baked bread.
