We are excited to offer two sourdough bread workshops this summer.
July 21st: beginner/intermediate
September 15th: beginner/intermediate
Both classes 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Maybe you have always wanted to bake sourdough bread, or you are a home baker looking for tips to improve your loaf–these workshops could be for you.
We are offering two beginner/intermediate sessions, Meg will discuss the overall concepts and techniques behind the magic of sourdough at Meg’s Bread. You will see the processes we use in our commercial kitchen, with tips on how similar results can be achieved in your home. This session will include mixing, shaping, and baking along with instructions on feeding and taking care of your sourdough mom. This will be a hands-on workshop to learn how to shape, score, and bake with your own hands. Everyone will leave with a dough to take home, some fresh baked bread, and a sourdough mom starter.
Each class is limited to 8 people.
Snacks will be provided
$125 per person
